Supporters' response to the red political hit piece

This is a response to the “red political hit piece” intended to destroy
the integrity of certain candidates. Allegations ranged from abolishing
the Police Dept. and promoting Section 8 Housing in Windcrest to
opposing Brush Pick-Up. These are false, and any reasonable person
will recognize their intent was to defame and smear candidates. The
following is an attempt to set the record straight on some of these issues:

Members of Kimberly’s family, past and present, have served in
virtually every war dating back to the Revolutionary War, including
her great, great grandfather who fought for the Union during the Civil
War. She highly regards military service and sacrifice and has taken an
oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution and the laws of
the State of Texas and the City of Windcrest. She is a U.S. Citizen as
evidenced by her Voter Registration #1066502702.

Kimberly was a school volunteer for 24 years and served for 8 years
on NEISD’s Citizen Bond Advisory Committee.

Kimberly has never supported outsourcing the Police Dept., but has
voted on funding of the Police Dept. to provide for the protection of
the Citizens as well as our police officers, including body cams.

Kimberly has voted against City debt and felt that the nearly $500,000
for 46 park lights should have been spent towards fixing our streets.

Despite a 9% increase in the premiums, Kimberly made the motion to
retain the employees’ current insurance plan. (Min mark 00:57:31, Aug 31st)

Kimberly and CM Dodson fought to return the traditional Brush Pick-
Up to October when the temperatures are cooler.

Kimberly’s goals to represent Citizens’ concerns haven’t changed, but
6 months is hardly enough time to accomplish her goals. For further
