Why does Council Member Jacobi like bringing negative PR to our city?

He was interviewed for the Gilbert Garcia OPINION piece about me in the Express-News a few months ago. Pure character assassination!

Then, August 25th, he called News 4 to frighten citizens that the city was going to stop the mosquito spraying.

Yes, citizens should be able to exercise their right to vote without the 3 black & white signs bullies getting in their face.
